The shoes are made of ripstop material, a sturdy and durable material that is water-repellent and breathable. The rubber sole provides good grip on different surfaces, including slippery surfaces. The shoes have a sturdy Velcro closure, so they stay in place, even during high-intensity activities.
Please note: the Step Shoes do not provide extra grip on slippery ice or snow.

Choose the right size dog shoe
Rukka Pets Step shoes sizes vary from size 1 to 8. The size of the shoes is determined based on the width (and length) of the dog’s paws. Measure the legs on a flat surface by placing one of the front legs on a piece of paper. Trace the outline of one of the front legs onto the paper. Measure the width at the widest part of the circumference and choose the size accordingly. If the width falls between two sizes, choose the largest size as the dog’s paws need room to fully open in the shoe. Use the front legs to measure as they are usually larger than the back legs.
