Martingale Dog Collar Flowers
A beautiful adjustable dog collar, made entirely by hand. These collars are handmade from leftover fabric. The fabric runs out quickly and there is no way to repeat the print. Each collar is therefore unique! A Martingale dog collar improves safety for you and your dog because the dog cannot escape: the collar cannot be pulled over the head. Because the collar is adjustable, it always fits exactly around your dog’s neck. In addition, the collar will close when pulled, in a non-aggressive way, giving you better control over your dog. The dog’s neck cannot be damaged.
A martingale dog collar consists of two loops: a large loop that goes around the dog’s neck and a short loop to which the leash is attached. If your dog pulls on the leash, the short loop tightens the collar without choking. The great advantage of a Martingale collar is that the collar is worn loosely, but can always be tightened. Very useful if the head is not wider than the dog’s neck, which makes it a particularly popular collar for greyhounds.
The collar cannot be pulled over the head, making it safer than a regular collar.
